We are currently looking to fill the following roles:

• Business Development Lead (part or full time - anywhere in Canada or the U.S.A.) - Are you a confident B2B sales and business development professional with experience in the consulting, training, or leadership development services industry? Do you have an extensive network in the not-for-profit or public sector in Canada or the United States? Do you lead with empathy, and make sure you’re always offering just the right services to truly benefit clients? We are looking for an experienced and highly ethical business development leader to help our practice grow throughout North America.

• Executive Coach (part time - anywhere in Canada) - Do you have significant leadership experience in the not-for-profit or public sector? Do others in the sector value your advice and expertise? Are you a natural coach who excels at helping others solve problems while encouraging them to grow and learn? We are looking for an outstanding coach with deep subject-matter expertise to guide senior leaders on their learning journey, either in-person or online.

• Assistant Facilitator (part time - Toronto) - Are you an eloquent, charismatic facilitator who’s at ease in front of groups of all sizes? Do you have experience leading group sessions using a variety of facilitation tools and techniques? Do you have at least two years of experience working in the not-for-profit or public sector? We are looking for a dynamic assistant facilitator to co-deliver workshops alongside our master facilitators.
